The business was built day by day and brick by brick, through both good times and hard times - first as an agent in 1998, then as a broker from 2003 on. It grew without spending a dime on advertising: rather, the good word spread person by person, referral by referral.

In 2014, Paresh decided to bring agents on board to expand the business and create something lasting; something bigger than himself: a boutique real estate agency with trusted, like-minded agents. Kin is an LA native and has lived his entire life here in the City of Angels.  He began his career in Real Estate as Paresh Lal's talented assistant and transaction coordinator before earning his license in 2007.  He has a deep knowledge of several areas of the city and is particularly well connected in the SouthEast Asian community.  Clients and friends know him as ethical, soft-spoken, and humble. He lives in El Segundo.

Jimmy Dean Carlson, Agent - CA BRE #01957939

Jimmy was named after James Dean the actor and not the sausage guy. He too was an actor as a kid. He left the windy and cold city of Chicago to live in the warm and sunny city of Los Angeles. Jimmy has lived in the 90027 area for over ten years. He and his (now) wife got engaged at the Dresden Restaurant. Marty and Elaine sang to them on New Years Eve back in 2004 and they never left. They now have a son that goes to the JCC and Jimmy gets to walk him to school every day. Yeah that's right, he walks in LA!!!  

Jimmy knows every street and short cut around the East Side. He can tell you where and where not to eat, shop, and which school has the best education. His uncle Ken was the best listing agent ever.  And his advice to Jimmy was to listen to your clients and be yourself. Jimmy's family size recently grew with the addition of a new baby boy.
